“Don’t underestimate yourself or anyone else for that matter! Don’t we often allow our own perceptions to modify the reality and truth of the ACTUAL reality? One person sees the same event COMPLETELY different from another just because of their own preconceptions. It’s hard to separate yourself from your own pre-conceived notions, but we can always strive to get better and better at it. Bitterness and cynicism don’t encourage growth or progression for anyone.”
